Join us in honoring those who served

The Joint Veterans Honors Command (JVHC) relies on community support to ensure every honorably discharged veteran receives a dignified final tribute. Discover how you can make a meaningful difference for veterans and their families.

Ways you can help

Your support ensures that no veteran is forgotten and that grieving families receive the comfort and honor they deserve. There are three main ways you can contribute to our mission.

Make a donation

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we depend on financial gifts to cover transportation, ceremonial equipment, uniforms, and supplies. Every dollar directly supports our mission to honor veterans.

Become a volunteer

We always need helping hands, whether you are a veteran for rifle salutes or flag folding, or a community member to assist with events, transportation, or administrative support. Training is provided.

Spread the word

Many families do not know we exist. Share our name with local veteran groups, funeral homes, and fellow patriots. Attend our public events and bring your family to witness a flag folding ceremony.

Your contribution, their dignity

Every act of support, big or small, directly impacts the lives of grieving families and ensures that our veterans receive the honor they so rightly deserve.

Direct impact of your generosity

Every donation and volunteer hour directly touches a grieving family's heart. Your financial gifts help us acquire ceremonial flags, maintain rifle salute equipment, and fuel our vehicles to reach remote cemeteries. This means a widow receives a perfectly folded flag because someone cared enough.

Why your help matters

When you volunteer, you become the hands that steady a casket, the voice that plays Taps, or the silent presence beside a weeping daughter. Volunteers allow us to say "yes" to every family, ensuring no one is turned away due to lack of support. Spreading the word ensures no veteran is unhonored and alone. Your contribution becomes dignity for the fallen and peace for those left behind.
